Private house sitting is designed for clients who want more than a quick property check. BRASDROIT follows an agreed residence routine, manages mail and packages, observes the home for visible concerns, coordinates approved access, and keeps the property feeling occupied and cared for.
If pets remain in the residence, overnight pet care can be incorporated into the confirmed scope. Alarm codes, lockbox combinations, and other highly sensitive access credentials are collected separately after the engagement is confirmed—not through the public website form.

Standard private residence sitting begins at $195 per night. Overnight house-and-pet sitting begins at $225 per night. Major-holiday dates are generally priced at a 30% premium. Final scope, dates, pet needs, property complexity, and travel distance are confirmed before service. The online charge is a reservation deposit applied to the final invoice.
