Home & Household
A calm local presence for the residence when travel, a second home, or an extended absence makes reliable eyes on the property essential.

Home Watch visits follow a documented checklist tailored to the residence. BRASDROIT can observe accessible interior and exterior areas for visible changes, confirm doors and windows as instructed, manage mail and packages, rotate lights or blinds, tend agreed plants, and document the visit.
Home Watch is a concierge property-presence service—not a licensed home inspection, security service, engineering evaluation, pool service, HVAC service, or repair certification. Suspected problems are documented and escalated according to the client’s written instructions.
